Employee Selection and Training

Following the completion of a detailed application and initial personnel interview, each candidate undergoes a rigorous background screening that includes drug testing, credit checks for people handling money, investigation for  any previous criminal activity and verification application data, for all positions.

J.R Maintenance trains each employee, from basic cleaning techniques to command of the English language for the work related environment.

The bulk of the training for new employees is done on-site at the client's premises. Our strategic partners, working closely with our Training Department, provide much of the technical, hands-on training required to fulfill specific job assignment. The significance of these contributions to our clients is that the most advanced equipment and applications become an immediate and integral part of the entire spectrum of services provided by J.R. Maintenance.

J.R. Maintenance owns staff instructs new employees on the performance standards that we set for each position ensuring effective  supervision and optimum work force performance.
