J.R has every intention to meet your requirements and where possible attempt to exceed. We will be responsible for delivering clean, fresh facilities each work day and continue to maintain your properties in that condition.

Daily Service Five Days per Week

  • Sweep all ahrd-surface floors with treated dust mops.
  • Vacuum all carpet traffic patterns, giving special attention to public and executive areas.
  • Empty, damp-wipe, clean and dry ashtrays.
  • Sweep entrance approaches daily.
  • Wipe and polish elevators, tracks and floor.
  • Empty all waste containers and place trash in pick-up areas.
  • Spot clean door glass.
  • Remove smudges from doors, door frames, and counters. 
  • Clean and polish drinking fountains.
  • Return furniture to neat and orderly position.
  • Remove new spillage spots from carpets.
  • Replace wastebasket liners as necessary.
  • Clean lunch tables and counters.
  • Clean counters and floor areas around coffee machine.
  • Sweep and clear all stairways free of trash or spillage.
  • Dusting all free areas. (We do not move or touch anything)

Not Included: dish washing, microwave or refrigerator cleaning.

Daily Restroom Service

  • Empty and wipe out all waste paper receptacles.
  • Empty sanitary napkin containers and replace insert.
  • Polish all metal mirrors.
  • Clean and disinfect washbasins, toilet bowls and urinals. 
  • Disinfect underside and tops of toilet seats. 
  • Spot-clean tile walls and toilet partitions.
  • Spot-clean walls around washbasins.
  • Refill soap, towel, tissue containers, and seat cover dispensers.
  • Clean and mop floors.

Not included: Deodorants or dispensers damaged by public.

Weekly Service

  • Detailed vacuum all carpet areas.
  • Dust baseboards, ledges, and window frames.
  • Perform dusting of low-reach areas.
  • Dust all counters, shelves, bookcases and file cabinets.
  • Clean entry door metal and thresholds. 
  • Clean lunch room furniture.
  • Brush down vents.
  • Wash down ceramic tile walls and toilet. Compartment partitions.
  • Perform high dusting.
  • Pour clean water down floor drains to prevent sewer gases.

Monthly Service

  • Perform dusting of high reach areas including partition tops, and air conditioning vents.
  • Dust picture frames.
  • Clean and polish executive furniture.

Services do not include

  • Carpet cleaning
  • Floor waxing
  • Curtain/drapes cleaning
  • Window cleaning (3 or more)
  • Stain removal from walls in hallways or suites caused by public or tenants. 
  • Calcium removal in restrooms; sinks, toilets, or deterioration in appliances or equipment caused by wear of time.
